Return Policy
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, consumers have the right to return goods without reason within 14 days of purchase, and this applies to most remote purchases (including online purchases, telephone purchases, etc.). During this time, consumers can request a return or exchange without giving a reason.
Unconditional return period: Consumers have 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to request a return, and the merchant needs to provide a clear return process and conditions.
Refunds: Merchants are required to refund the full amount to the consumer within 14 days of receiving the returned item, including the initial shipping costs. If the consumer chooses to exchange the goods, the merchant shall exchange the corresponding goods at the price of the original order.
The product must be in its original condition
When returning or exchanging an item, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, if possible. If the value of the goods is reduced due to excessive use or damage by the consumer, the merchant has the right to request a reduction in the refund amount
